| SP5 & 7: | 0.5 - 25 kHz / 10 - 1350 kHz | |
STATIPOWER® SP5 & 7 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for case hardening, through hardening, annealing, mass heating and many other applications. Power and frequency combinations from 10 to 1,300 kW / 1 to 25 kHz are available in single and dual frequency models. |
| SP6: | 0.5 - 6 kHz / 150 - 4000 kW | |
STATIPOWER® SP6 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for forging, mass heating, annealing, extruding and many other induction heating applications. Power and frequency combinations from 150 to 2200 kW/200 to 6000 Hz are available. |
| SP11: | 50 - 200 kHz / 30 - 180 kW | |
The STATIPOWER® SP11 is a self-contained, stand-alone solid state transistorized power supply for heating a wide variety of parts. Application capabilities include hardening, tempering, brazing, soldering, melting, bonding and shrink fitting. A broad range of single-turn and other low impedance heating coils can be properly matched with built-in load tuning capacitors and multi-tap output isolation transformer. |
| SP16: | 10 - 50 kHz / 50 - 2000 kW | |
The STATIPOWER® SP16 is designed to match multi-turn coils (400- 2000 V) that are used for hardening, tempering, tube heating, crystal growing, brazing, wire and strip heating and many other induction heating applications. A wide variety of heating coils can be properly matched with built-in load tuning capacitors and multi-tap output isolation transformer. |
| SP18: | 3 - 50 kHz / 100 - 600 kW | |
The STATIPOWER® SP18 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for case hardening, through hardening, annealing, mass heating and many other applications. Power and frequency combinations from 150 to 600 k W/3 to 50 kHz are available in single and dual frequency models. |
| TF: | 3 - 75 kHz / 40 - 2000 kW | |
| The TF range offers unrivalled reliability and flexibility for the widest range of induction heating applications from surface hardening, joining processes, bonding, shrink fitting through heating or melting. The compact design of the TF converter range ensures that it can easily be installed into process lines or manufacturing cells. Alternatively the TF can be integrated into the construction of a free-standing induction heating machine. | ||
