STATIPOWER® SP5 & 7 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for case hardening, through hardening, annealing, mass heating and many other applications. Power and frequency combinations from 10 to 1,300 kW / 1 to 25 kHz are available in single and dual frequency models.

STATIPOWER® SP6 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for forging, mass heating, annealing, extruding and many other induction heating applications. Power and frequency combinations from 150 to 2200 kW/200 to 6000 Hz are available.

The STATIPOWER® SP11 is a self-contained, stand-alone solid state transistorized power supply for heating a wide variety of parts. Application capabilities include hardening, tempering, brazing, soldering, melting, bonding and shrink fitting. A broad range of single-turn and other low impedance heating coils can be properly matched with built-in load tuning capacitors and multi-tap output isolation transformer.

The STATIPOWER® SP16 is designed to match multi-turn coils (400- 2000 V) that are used for hardening, tempering, tube heating, crystal growing, brazing, wire and strip heating and many other induction heating applications. A wide variety of heating coils can be properly matched with built-in load tuning capacitors and multi-tap output isolation transformer.

The STATIPOWER® SP18 water-cooled, solid state power supplies are designed for case hardening, through hardening, annealing, mass heating and many other applications. Power and frequency combinations from 150 to 600 k W/3 to 50 kHz are available in single and dual frequency models.
