Another Wire Process in which Radyne has significant expertise, is the extrusion of Copper or Aluminium over Steel, known as the Conform Process, where the Induction Heating of the steel prior to extrusion helps the adhesion between the two materials, and the curing of epoxy coatings on rebar for the construction industry.
