INDUCTOSCAN MODULAR HEAT SYSTEM

The InductoScan-Flex from Banyard is a modular, highly flexible, universal hardening system. A typical system can be used for the fully automated, high volume hardening of a wide range of work pieces.

The basic InductoScan-Flex machine is designed to accommodate a range of    interchangeable proces¬sing modules which can be fitted quickly, sim¬ply and precisely, depending upon the application. 

 InductoScan-Flex systems are available in medium frequency (10 to 40 kHz) and high frequency (50 to 200 kHz) models. MF units range from 75 kW to 150 kW and HF units from 50 kW to 150 kW, all with precision power control.

• Additional processing modules can be added at any time via simple plug and play connections
• Extremely short re-tooling times
• Clamping length: 900mm (max) / Hardening length: 800mm (max)
• 3 programmable inductor axes plus 1 programmable servo round axis at lower centre with an Upper / Lower centre axis configuration.
• Inverter fitted with matching system, saving time and avoiding the need for expert applications knowledge
• Menu driven precision CNC control
• Full process and SPC monitoring facilities

• Module to process parts between centres (1-track and 2-track)
• Indexing table module with rotating part locators
• Indexing table module fitted with fixed part locators
• Horizontal continuous tractor feed module (1-track and 2-track)
