Aluminium Tube Annealing

Banyard in-line induction Aluminium Tube Annealing systems are extremely compact, occupying a relatively small footprint over a minimal line length.
They are designed to anneal, induction heat and water quench Aluminium tube ranging from 6mm to 30mm in diameter at speeds of up to 800m/min prior to drawing.

A typical system can be moved easily from line to line as and when required. It can also be moved quickly off-line for the production of non-annealed tube.
